Pre-launch draft. These terms describe the intended non-payment foundation and require review before paid participation is enabled.
Participation
PCPN may provide Free, Present, Established, and Founding participation states. During this pre-launch phase, no paid participation is being sold through PCPN.net.
Future paid participation, if activated, is intended to be a one-time payment rather than recurring billing. Participation is not an investment, equity, stock, ownership interest, profit-sharing arrangement, financial opportunity, crowdfunding interest, raffle entry, sweepstakes entry, or guarantee of resale value.
Email eligibility
Guest participation may use a verified legitimate consumer or public email address. Present, Established, and Founding participation requires a verified qualifying business or organizational email address. Disposable or temporary email services are not eligible for PCPN registration. Email-provider and domain classifications are internal qualification controls and are not intended for public display.
Identifiers and privacy
PCPN may assign chronological member numbers and participation identifiers. Numbers are identifiers only and do not represent ownership, seniority rights, financial value, or proof of historical membership.
Present, Established, and Founding participation is intended to use a PCPN identifier publicly. Free participants may use a chosen public display name. Email addresses are not intended for public display.
Referrals
PCPN referral recognition is limited to direct introductions. There are no commissions, payment percentages, or benefits from referrals made by another person.
Duration and changes
Final participation-duration language has not yet been adopted. The system is being prepared so participation can remain subject to PCPN.net continuing under its current operation, applicable rules, security requirements, and later final terms. No promise is made that a future purchaser or successor would be bound to preserve the same terms.
Future payments
Payment processing is not active. Before paid launch, payment, reversal, refund, dispute, and final participation terms will require review and publication.
